CMU alum urges students to take the 1st step in job hunting
CMU alumnus Pradeep Ranka met with Carnegie Mellon Qatar students as part of a series of lectures in career development. Ranka received a bachelor’s degree in architecture and industrial management at Carnegie Mellon in 1991, with minors in visual communications and computer science. He now serves as creative and technical director of the Ranka Group in Bangalore.
During the informal session, Ranka advised students to take the initiative, look for opportunities to network, and take advantage of the many resources available to CMU students and alumni.
Ranka is the alumni chapter president for Bangalore, hosting numerous CMU leaders and faculty and mentoring students.
