Carnegie Mellon Honors String Quartet Performance

The Carnegie Mellon Honors String Quartet is composed of Shu Liu, Alicia Venables (violins), Si Yu (viola), and Eunsol Lee (cello). As cultural ambassadors, the quartet represents the School of Music through a variety of performances throughout the year. Some of these opportunities include the President’s Global Advisory Council, Installation ceremony for the new dean of the Mellon College of Science and pre-concert for Chamber Music Pittsburgh. The group was formed in the fall of 2016 after a rigorous audition process, and is currently coached by David Harding.
