The Women Leaders in Higher Education supported by the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging office at CMU-Q will be hosting a lunch hour talk on September 27, 2023 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar. Iman Adeinat, Associate Teaching Professor, Operations Management, will share findings of research that followed the journey of 14 female leaders in Saudi Arabia’s higher education sector, revealing their unique perspectives and challenges. Employing the feminist institutional theory perspective, the talk will shed light on how we can create a more inclusive and supportive environment for women leaders in the higher education sector.

This talk will be one of several throughout the year that will take place at various Education City partner universities to engage on the topic of women leaders in higher education.
